The Speech & Drama classes run Monday-Saturday, in half-hour slots, once a week.

Face-to-face in the studio: The Pavilion, Brickfield Lane, Arkley, EN5 3LD.

Online classes via Zoom.


About

Private Speech & Drama and LAMDA classes are available for students aged 3-18 for LAMDA exams & Festivals. In addition, we train children for 4+, 7+, 11+ school entrance examinations, prepare teenagers for job interviews and offer coaching for auditions.

The students undertaking LAMDA examinations have achieved high Distinctions.

Adult classes are available and very popular! We work on public speaking, communication & presentation skills, confidence building, interview techniques & elocution at the highest level.

Zoom classes! Save travelling on busy weekdays and take a Zoom class in the comfort of your home. Everything that's covered in face-to-face classes can be studied via Zoom just as successfully.

All classes are designed to generate confidence whilst learning excellent performing techniques! Classes are tailored to each individual’s requirements. The focus may be on articulation & clarity of speech, confidence, performance skills or even simply speaking and listening. Teachers

Andriana MacInnesAndriana MacInnes

Founder and Director of Bright Lights School - fully DBS checked and First Aid Trained. Andriana MacInnes (BA HONS), has completed LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts) Examinations up to Grade 8 (Gold Medal) and RADA (Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts) Examinations. Andriana has been teaching Speech & Drama since 2008, whilst obtaining a degree in Drama and English at Brunel University. Bright Lights School of Performance was born in 2010 and is a Registered Limited Company. Andriana is the LAMDA Teacher at St Margaret's School, Stanborough Primary School and Stanborough Secondary School.
